Roles and Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
-Take orders accurately and efficiently.
-Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about our menu.
-Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests.
-Prepare toasties,cakes and cold drinks.
-Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Front of House area.
-Uphold company standards for service quality and guest satisfaction.
