Ocean and Paddock is a high quality, multi-award winning seafood restaurant with a passion for fresh and local produce. In this role you will be working alongside the Owner/Chef, Trenton Brennan, to deliver consistent quality to our customers. There will be a handover period and further assistance will be provided by the owner. The role needs someone who has a passion for a high quality customer experience and management of staff. The candidate needs to have the ability to manage stress well and have adaptability in problem solving,
Qualifications & experience
- Must have Approved Managers
- Preferred to have Certificate 3 in Hospitality or a reasonable period working in Hospitality
- Must have strong organisational and customer service skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintaining FOH service
- Monitoring and creating organisational systems
- Customer queries and reservation management
- Staff rostering, training and recruitment
- Assisting the Chef with menu changes
- Ordering and maintaining of stock/supplies
- Balancing Tills
- Dealing with external stakeholders
