Front of House and Mailroom Administrator

As the Front of House and Mailroom Administrator, you will be the face of our company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services and efficiently managing our mailroom operations. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

This is a Part-time role - 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus one other day!

Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Front office area, including reception desk and waiting areas.
- Order stationary, coordinate, and maintain stationary cupboard levels.
- Onboarding and off-boarding of staff.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
