We are currently seeking 2 Front of House (FOH) Persons to join us at the beautiful Beauty Point Waterfront Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests.

Position: Front of House (FOH) PersonLocation: Beauty Point Waterfront Hotel

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and beverages promptly and with a smile
• Handling payments and processing transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Front Of House area
• Assisting with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• RSA (tas ) and RCG (Tas) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
