Hours:
Flexible to fit both our needs, preferences 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays, hours and days can vary in consultation with yourself.
Possibility of more days/hours (or less) depending on bookings.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist with Front of House expertise to join our team. This unique role will involve a combination of front desk duties and Beauty/Skin treatments, allowing you to showcase your skills in both hospitality and aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as they enter the clinic.
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure the smooth flow of the clinic and RN’s schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with retail sales and product recommendations to enhance the client experience.
- Perform a range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, waxing (not essential), skin needling, chemical peels, fat dissolving laser, (training provided if needed).
- Perform Venus Viva Radio Frequency treatments (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both Front of House and treatment areas.
- Invoicing
- Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
Requirements: (trainees considered)
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with expertise in a variety of treatments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to multitask in a calm environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy.
- Passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive client experiences.
