1) DERMAL THERAPIST/CLINICIAN

What the role entails
- You seek to understand clients' skin concerns and be able to accurately recommend an individualised treatment plan that addresses their concerns.
- You conduct laser and facial treatments and promote the appropriate dermatological skin care products in accordance with the treatment plan.
- You closely review clients' progress and provide ongoing advice to ensure clients receive the best value and achieve sustainable results from your interactions with them.
- Your other responsibilities include administrative tasks such as managing contact logs and maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
This is a part-time permanent position. This is not an entry level position and is directed at someone with demonstrated experience in the industry. In addition, you need:
- Australian working rights
- Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or equivalent
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Good knowledge of the skin, and of professional treatments and services
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service
- Drive, commitment and willingness to work effectively within a team

2) FRONT OF HOUSE
We are prioritising dermal science students who have the interest to kickstart their career in this role with the opportunity to progress into a Dermal Therapist/Clinician role. Attributes:

What the role entails
This will be an active and busy role, involving overseeing the day-to-day operations of Front of House, which includes:
- Managing the reception to ensure the clinic runs efficiently.
- Meeting & greeting clients and tending to their needs and enquiries.
- Managing appointment schedules.
- Handling & updating payments and EOD reports.
- Tidying, cleaning, and sanitising the clinic.
- Placing orders and performing weekly stock takes.
- Assisting the team with adhoc administration tasks.
Requirements
This can be a casual or part-time permanent position. The successful candidate must also be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
In addition, you need:
- Australian working rights
- Minimum 2nd year dermal sciences/diploma in Beauty Therapy with laser certification, or equivalent
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service
- Computer skills
- Drive, commitment and willingness to work effectively within a team
