Your contribution: In this role you will be responsible for delivering safe, quality, evidence-based occupational therapy practices to our clients. You'll design and implement a timetable of programs tailored to support the health and wellbeing of each individual. With a compassionate and professional approach, you'll independently manage and prioritise an appropriate caseload, advocating for clients and seeking necessary supports. Your dedication to client wellbeing and proactive attitude will drive continuous improvement in our community health programs, enhancing the overall impact of our services. This position involves travel between GCH sites and conducting outreach within the communities.
