Senior Occupational Therapist

A new and exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior  Occupational Therapist to join the team at Bolton Clarke, based out of our Bundoora office in Melbourne's North

This is a full time position with the ability to work from home.
The Occupational Therapy Senior Clinician, provides clinical supervision and support to the Occupational Therapy team within the Home & Community Support business as well as delivering home based occupational therapy services.

This role is responsible for supporting and working in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, within a in a customer led organisation. This includes clinical supervision and quality improvement activities, while managing a case load.

The ideal candidate will have relevant supervisory experience within a community health care setting or equivalent
  
Duties:

• Provide clinical supervision to team members, while promoting an integrated and client centred approach to care.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards within the team.
• Participates in the recruitment activities, onboarding and management of all performance measures for the team, to meet organisational goals.
• Supports team members in the assessment, reassessment and implementation of care plans in consultation with the client and family.
• Identify clinical learning needs of care team members, through regular supervision and facilitate learning opportunities.
• Fosters a working environment that promotes educational opportunities and professional development opportunities for all team members

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA.
