The Role:
As our Front of House Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave with a smile. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Foster a positive team culture, aligning actions with our core values, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff rosters, control COGS, and ensure stock levels are efficiently managed.
- Customer Delight: Ensure every guest receives top-notch service, manage reservations, and handle any guest issues with grace and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Run management and team meetings, lead by example, and always look for ways to enhance our service and operations.
- Feedback and Reviews: Respond to restaurant feedback, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
