Freycinet Holiday Houses are seeking a dynamic, passionate, people person to oversee the complex operation of our large portfolio of Holiday Houses.
Liaising with department heads and being an integral part of recruitment, performing evaluation of financial reports and meetings.
A background in Tourism and Hospitality based businesses, human resources, conflict resolution and financial reporting are all vital criteria to obtain this role.
Duties include:
- Liaising with prospective Clients / House Owners
- Recruitment and Human Resources
- Staff Performance Reviews
- Holding Monthly Department Head Meetings and analysing financial reports
- Sales and Personal Development Training with Staff Members
- Generation of New Revenue Streams
- Conflict Resolution
- Future Planning Proposals
- Marketing Strategies and Directing Social Media Consultants
