Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Front of House Manager to assist us in delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity of our venue and ensuring its success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of a new venture from its inception.
Responsibilities:
· Create and mentor Front of House team to deliver exceptional service and exceed member and guest expectations.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards.
· Oversee the day-to-day Front of House operations, including guest experiences, and event coordination.
· Ensure seamless coordination between front and back of House operations.
· Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
· Handle member and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
· Maintain a positive and productive working environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or events venue.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
· Proficiency in hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
