Job Purpose:

Your extensive knowledge of coffee and your passion for excellent dining experiences will make you a key player in enhancing our guests' overall enjoyment. You'll ensure that our service standards exceed expectations, blending your Front of House skills with an in-depth understanding of coffee culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your coffee expertise to work in a team delivering outstanding coffee experiences.
- Engage with customers, providing unparalleled coffee knowledge and authentic service.
- Commit to continuous learning and research in specialty coffee developments.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence and foster a culture of customer relations and satisfaction.
- Great communication skills as well as approachability, personality and passion.
- You will have at least 2 years of experience in a large volume cafe or restaurant with a strong focus on coffee.
