We are opening up the position of Head Chef to suitable candidates from outside of the organisation. Immediate start.
Successful applicants must have:
- Strong leadership, clear communication and positive people skills
- Impeccable organisation and be self-motivated with the highest of standards
- The ability to handle a fast paced and exciting work environment
- Relevant qualifications and XX years minimum experience in similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety practices
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all kitchen procedures
- Rostering, recruitment, training and mentoring
- Wage control, purchasing, stock and waste management
- Working breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service including weekends and holidays in a hands-on-role
