Anvers Wines is looking for an Experienced Server to join our dynamic team. We are a destination venue in the idyllic Adelaide Hills, boasting over 20 of our own wines, a stunning new venue, picturesque views and the tranquility of the surrounding Kuitpo Forest and Mt Bold reservoir.
Open for lunches only (Thursday to Sunday), with the occasional wedding in the evening. Anvers is a multi-faceted venue hosting an a la carte, fine dining restaurant, a casual lawn and pizza menu, the cellar door and private dining/function spaces.
We are seeking driven individuals with experience in al a carte dining and base knowledge in wines to join us for an immediate start. On the job, ongoing training will be provided as well as flexible working hours and a safe and nurturing work environment.
The appropriate candidate should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- a positive, solutions driven attitude
- Drivers license and own car
- weekend availability
- responsible service of alcohol
- excellent personal hygiene and presentation
- Clear spoken English
- familiarity with LightSpeed or other POS systems
