Food ordering, Wine tasting, Glassies, Food runner / all rounder.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guest / bring them to their seat
- Take orders for food & beverages
- Prepare wine tasting platters
- Make recommendations for wine and food for our guests
- Sales of our award winning wines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Make coffees (can teach barista skills)
- Stocking wine and beverages
- Assist with other tasks where needed
The right candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience F.O.H
- 6 months+ commitment - a must.
- RSA
- Food handling certificate
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of the team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
- Knowledge of wine is a plus.

Normal hours for this position will range between:
11am to 4pm Friday
11am to 5:30pm Sat & Sun.
