Form of work We are seeking individuals with hospitality experience who have a passion for food and wine, who thrive off providing great service and being part of a team culture. Knowledge in Italian cuisine and wine is preferred but not essential.
Scopri is an established independent Italian Restaurant in the heart of Carlton. Opening in March 2024 is their sister venue Bar Olo. Both venues celebrate a seasonal menu with rotating specials, using fresh produce from the owners farm in Romsey. If you have a passion for food and wine, then this may be a role for you!
