Position: Bartenders

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and efficiency
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender preferred
• Extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and mixology techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position: Wait Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures

Position: Assistant Supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the cafe
• Train and mentor team members to uphold quality standards
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements and initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Should not be reliant on public transport due to the nature of finish times.
