Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service Admin superstar to join our Launceston branch based in Kings Meadows.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this full-time position requires you to have a proven background in Customer Service and/or administration.
The role will require the following;
- Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Assist with new account applications
- Create purchase orders
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
- Regular liaison with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments.
- Regular liaison with Head Office Accounts Receivable Department.
- General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying.
All about you
- Previous experience working in Customer Service or Administration preferably within the food service or FMCG industry.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Previous experience using Pronto and/or Accenture preferred but not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
