Front-Of-Shop Assistant For Our Pharmacy

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Front-of-Shop Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial role in welcoming our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the smooth operation of Our Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome customers: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers upon entering the pharmacy.
-Handle customer inquiries and requests: Effectively address customer inquiries about medications, over-the-counter products, and general
pharmacy services.
-Process payments and handle transactions: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and
organized cash register area.
-Maintain a clean and organized front-of-shop area: Ensure the pharmacy shelves are stocked, displays are presentable, and the front-of-shop
area is clean and inviting.
-Assist with pharmacy operations: Provide general assistance to pharmacists and other pharmacy staff as needed, such as restocking
shelves, preparing prescription labels, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
