We require a full-time permanent Receptionist / Administrator for an immediate start to join the Head Office team in West Perth.
To be considered for this role all applicants will be required to meet the following criteria as a minimum.
- Must have a current Drivers Licence;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Highly organised and the ability to multi task;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word;
- Ability to follow processes;
Responsibilities
The position involves the following but is not limited to:
- Staff the main switchboard and direct calls accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms;
- Undertake incoming mail collection from post office, and postage of outgoing mail;
- Monitor and place stationery orders as required along with stock levels of printers and kitchen supplies;
- Word-process and desktop publish documentation as directed;
- Maintain effective and efficient hard and soft filing systems;
- Manage and maintain the company leave / long service register;
- Assisting with updating documents and providing support for document control;
- Providing administration support for the HSEQ team
- Arranging of training for all employees;
- Collate new employee files and upload contact details into Company systems;
- Undertake bookings for medical appointments; and
- Assist and support management team in administration tasks
