Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Full Time Front Office Administrator in our agency. Our aim is to recruit an outstanding individual to complete our administration tasks and be the first point of contact for telephone and walk in enquiries.
You will be working for a company offering a new, modern, fully renovated office with all facilities, a happy and harmonious team and a wonderfully supportive and encouraging working environment.
You will be a bright and enthusiastic self-starter, able to use and show initiative and be a quick learner with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
You will also be an excellent communicator both oral and written, have a strong work ethic, be service driven and want to excel in giving the best possible service, and enjoy meeting and greeting people and creating a warm and friendly first impression.
You will also be responsible for processing tenancy applications, receipting rental payments, paying invoices, preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all compliance documents are up to date.
Full training in the role will be provided.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
