Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square is located in the CBD and is Brisbane's largest contemporary style hotel, featuring 438 guestrooms, extensive conferencing facilities for up to 1000 people, and several dining outlets including Goldfinch Restaurant and Award Winning Rooftop Bar, Sixteen Antlers.

The Hotel is currently seeking a Hotel Superstars to join our team as Front Office Administrator.

As our Front Office Administrator you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

A day in the life of the FO Administrator consists of:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinating with HSK for rooms for new bookings and update on any preferences.
  • Coordinate with concierge for amenity for arrivals of the day and any last-minute bookings for VIPS.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Assist in Front Office as required, especially with guest check in and check out during peak periods of activity

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Guest focused personality is essential
  • Experience within the hotel industry is a must
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
