Here's what you'll do
- Deliver the perfect welcome and goodbye to our Hotel by assisting our guests with check-in/out;
- Finalise guest bills and take payment;
- Place pre-arrival phone calls and answer phone queries;
- Room inspections, conference and event setup and support;
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience as a receptionist, GSA or Front Office Attendant from a Hotel environment is essential;
- An affinity for numbers and administration;
- NSW RSA certificate required;
- Prior experience with PMS and end of day reconciliation;
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
- Passion for creating memorable moments for our guests;
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
