NRMA Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, at North Narrabeen is a holiday oasis, with modern comforts, great facilities and is located with Narrabeen Lake on one side and North Narrabeen surf beach on the other!

What you’ll do:
This is a casual position with around 20-35 hours available per week.  You will need to be available for some weekend and school holiday shifts.  You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.  

What you’ll bring:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Well presented, friendly and welcoming
  • Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you
  • Team-oriented
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
  • Reception/Front Office/Administration/Sales Agent/Customer Service preferred - hospitality industry will be highly regarded
  • Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
