About the Role
As a Front Office Attendant in our One Touch - Communications team, attention to detail and commitment to the customer experience is vital to ensure that all of our guests are treated as VIPs. This position is responsible for responding to housekeeping and engineering requests, In-room dining orders, Front Office enquiries (i.e.: late check out, wake up calls, reservations enquiries, directions to hotel), as well as other administrative communications duties. You will efficiently and professionally answer any guest/ customer questions regarding hotel, in-house facilities, and local events. All our Front Office Attendants showcase a proactive 'Yes I Can!' attitude and you will be provided adequate training to align with our 5-star standards. Please note this a full time position, and ongoing full time working rights are required. This role will require the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster and flexibility with your availability.
About You
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Previous experience in a medium to large hotel
- English language fluency written and verbal
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Outgoing and vibrant yet professional attitude
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and offer seamless service
- Advanced working knowledge of Opera PMS preferred

Monday - Friday: $24.87
Saturday: $31.09
Sunday: $37.31
