We are looking for a full time Hotel Front Office Attendant to join our growing hotel team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in hospitality.
As the first point of contact for guests you will deliver a high level of customer service through:
- Ensuring all aspects of Front Office reception run smoothly
- Responding to accommodation enquiries, processing reservations and accounts
About You:
You are someone who believes the core of hospitality is customer service. You are great at multi-tasking, have excellent communication skills and can think on your feet to solve problems. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Front Office, customer service and/or sales experience (within hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-presented with keen attention to detail and cultural sensitivity/awareness
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs and knowledge of Opera Property Management System (desirable)
This role requires successful applicants to undergo a Criminal History Check and must have the right to work in Australia.
