Job tasks and responsibilities
- Day to day patient management, including greeting patients, establishing relationships with our existing clients and presenting treatment plans following appointments
- Phone management
- Administrative tasks
- Managing daily appointment books with scheduling and confirming appointments using D4W's
- Assisting in the daily running of the practice
- Dental health education and oral health product promotion
- Patient billing using Hicaps and EFTPOS machines
Skills and experience
The right applicant must be able to work well in a supportive and friendly team environment and thrive in a busy atmosphere.
Have a flexible, bubbly and reliable personality with a warm and friendly disposition.
Good organisational skills are essential, with a can-do approach.
Be able to show initiative and work independently when required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dental and/or Medical industry with customer service plus reception skills ideal for the position but not necessary.
Have a strong focus on high-level patient care, customer service and keen to learn and grow long term within the practice.
