We are searching for an experienced Hospitality Superstar who can Lead and Manage our Front Office Team with their own individual style. Located close to Flagstaff Station in Melbourne’s CBD, Pegasus Apart'Hotel is a fully-serviced apartment style hotel with a big focus on quality, our people and team culture. Duties
- Day to day management of Front Office team
- Ability to lead an enthusiastic & diverse team
- Focus on guest experience
- Resolving guest issues that arise
- Assist to lead, train, motivate and develop the team for success
- Upholding Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible
Skills and experience
- Previous Front Office experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisor role
- A passion for customer service
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Be task and results orientated
- A positive personality and sense of humour
- Reliable and flexible
- Problem solving skills
- Be comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
