Based in Orange, as the Front Office Manager, it will be your responsibility to welcome clients and visitors to the office, ensure they feel welcome, and respond to their enquiries. You will be responsible for the presentation of the office and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will also provide administrative assistance to agents, management and operational staff as directed or required. In this role your duties will be divided between Property Management, Client Services and Sales Support.
Required Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels
• Well-presented and the ability to create a positive impression in all interactions with staff, service providers and clients.
• Enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis and providing superior client service.
• Strong organisational skills
• Good sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Proven Property Management experience is desirable, but not essential. You will have the opportunity to work alongside many of real estate’s top performers as well as other highly regarded professionals. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
