Front Office ManagerDue to team member career progression, we are now looking for a passionate and hard working Front Office Manager to join our Mount Lofty Estate team. We are looking for an an enthusiastic, energetic superstar who lives and breathes hospitality, is guest obsessed and wants to make a real impact to the overall business outcomes of Mount Lofty Estate.
Our Front Office Manager will have direct responsibility for:
- Managing the team to deliver our guest experience - arrival through to departure
- Undertaking check-ins and check-outs of guests
- Responding to guest feedback and reviews
- Taking Reservations and rooms inventory management
- Management of guest accounts
- Concierge, hotel information assistance
- Training and supporting a energetic reception team
- Delivering memorable experiences
- Providing incredible, extraordinary, customer service
Essential requirements for this key role include:
- Reception and concierge experience
- Hotel, resort, accommodation experience
- PMS knowledge
- Great communication skills, solution-focused approach
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards
- A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and success
- Duty Manager or Front Office Manager experience preferred
Being a boutique hotel, this is a predominantly hands-on role so be prepared to be the front face of Mount Lofty House!
