Hotel Receptionist:
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome arriving guests and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Experience using Opera or other related software
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Front office and Reservations systems
- You have knowledge or are actively looking for knowledge regarding local attractions and events around Darwin
- You are able to provide assistance with directions around the property and local areas
- Flexibility to work on a 7-day per week rotating roster.
Housekeeping Attendants:
Responsibilities
- Review daily inventory of rooms
- Assist with service and cleaning of rooms and public areas to maintain high standards
- Comply with guest privacy and security procedures
- Collect soiled linen for laundering
- Replenish the mini bar and recording any items that have been used
- Report any damaged items
- Document and report all lost property items to the appropriate channels
- Collect & return guest laundry
- Respond to guest and staff queries
Porter:
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with luggage by handling transportation to and from their rooms
- Show guests to their room and explaining the available room amenities
- Establish and maintain positive rapport with all guests and resolving guest complaints in an effective and courteous manner
- Receive and deliver mail, messages, parcels and other items to both internal and external guests
- Conduct valet services and ensuring a high level of security of guest room keys and guest vehicle keys at all times
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining all company cars
