Park Regis City Quays & Piermonde Apartments are looking for the next person to join our Front Office Team. We are currently looking for the next person to join our expanding Front Office Team.
We are currently looking for someone who will be there to support the Front Office Team in all aspects with a hand on approach and ensuring both our customers and our team are happy.
Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Welcoming guest to the hotel during check-in & checking out and also during their stay with us
- Assisting guests with any requests and sharing your local knowledge
- Working alongside housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all aware of guest movements and requests
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests as required
- Dealing with any customer complaints or issues with the best outcomes
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS
- Able to use software such as Siteminder
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional phone manor
- Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word
- Tour Reservations System or similar
- Previous experience within a MLR property not essential
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends, public holidays & over nights
