AddressWe are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at Access Dental Services, located in Toowoomba City. This role demands a high level of productivity, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer services.
This position is casual with full time hours, 4 days a week with a rotational Saturday. Monday 8:15am - 5:30pm or late shift 10:00am - 6:30pm. Tuesday to Friday 8:15 am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:15 am - 1:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Patient experience: Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the doors or their first call.
Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, optimising productivity while accommodating patient needs.
Communication Hub: Serve as the communication between patients, dental professionals and administration staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Administrative Excellence: Handle paperwork, maintain patient records with accuracy and compliance.
Training and Development: Engage in our comprehensive training plan to enhance skills and contribute to your professional growth.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in a dental office or related administrative role is preferred.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer services skills.
Willingness to work rotational weekends.
