Best Western Chaffey Motor Inn is currently looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join the team. This is a part time position 5 nights a week with the possibility of going full time in the future.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception with tasks including but not limited to:
- Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guests
- Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations
- Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-in & check-out procedures
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history
- Delivering a high level of professional customer service
- Ensuring all aspects of Front Office/reception run smoothly
- General day to day office and administrative duties.
- Problem solving any issues that may arise
- Helping with Food & Beverage if required
We are searching for an individual who:
- Experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems.
- Demonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.
- Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experience.
- Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound computer skills
- Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Is a problem solver.
- Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.
- Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.
- Displays a passion for excellent customer service.
You must have your own transport and be willing to change your days around if required.
