Your duties include but are not limited to:Providing a high standard of customer service
Processing guest check-ins and outs
Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Coordinate with the Housekeeping/Grounds team to track readiness of accommodation
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
Completing the day-to-day office administration
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
