Located less than a two hours’ drive from Sydney, Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem, tucked away in a secluded hilltop woodland on the eastern edge of Bowral. This 44-room hotel has an adjoining luxury wellness spa, 2 restaurants and an events and conference pavilion set within it's sprawling 32 acres of lawns and gardens.

Here's what you'll do
- Deliver the perfect welcome and goodbye to our luxury Hotel and Estate by assisting our guests with check-in/out.
- Finalise guest bills and take payment.
- Place pre-arrival phone calls and answer phone queries.
- Surprise and delight our guests by offering our personalised and bespoke experience.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience as a receptionist, GSA or Front Office attendant from a Hotel environment is essential;
- An affinity for numbers and administration.
- Live locally and have reliable transport (essential).
- Prior experience with PMS and end of day reconciliation;
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
- Passion for creating memorable moments for our guests;
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
