We currently have an opportunity for a full time Fruit & Vegetable Manager to join our award-winning supermarket located in the Atherton Tablelands.

About the position:
Due to our business growing we are seeking a dynamic candidate with experience in produce management or related role, that has a passion for fruit and vegetables.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day operations of the fruit and Vegetable Department.
- Ensure the highest quality and freshness of our produce offerings.
- Order, monitor and manage Fruit & veg stock.
- Train, roster and supervise team members.
- Plan, monitor and manage budgetary goals.
- Implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and maintain a high standard of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a Fruit & Vegetable management or related role
- A passion for fresh produce and a commitment to quality.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organisational, time management and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Good working knowledge of word, excel, emails, internet, able to learn stock and employee management programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to WHS and food safety regulations.
- Able to work early mornings and weekends (7 day roster).
- Forklift ticket
