Fuel Tanker Driver

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Combination driver to join our team in Dubbo or Forbes.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers within the Dubbo & Forbes Region.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Loading, transportation and delivery of fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural & industrial customers
• Pre-loading for deliveries
• Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
• Manage fatigue and perform log book duties
• Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customers
• Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
• Carry out all duties within set timeframes and follow instructions

Ideally you will have:

• Valid HC Licence
• Existing experience as a professional truck driver
• A dangerous Goods licence is considered an advantage
• SLP is considered an advantage
• BFM Statement of Attainment
• Clean driving record and a commitment to a safe work environment
• Dedication to achieving high standards of safety
• Great customer service and friendly attitude
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
