Your Primary Objectives:

Reporting to the Head of Total Solutions, you will work closely with the sales and aftersales teams and drivers.  You will be a key driver in assisting with handovers to customers new to the brand.

The Fuel Watch Co-Ordinator is responsible for implementing Volvo and Mack Trucks fuel efficiency strategy for our customers. The role involves developing and deploying fuel efficiency solutions, analysing customer needs and ensuring Volvo Group Products are recognised as leading telematics and fuel efficiency providers in the heavy-duty truck market. The Fuel Watch Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in coaching drivers, managing key accounts, and collaborating with sales and aftersales teams to enhance our customer experiences. This role can be based in Townsville, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba to support our Dealership network.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities include:

• A solid understanding of the transport industry, including market trends and challenges.
• Proven ability to analyse and structure business solutions, demonstrating strategic thinking.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with telematics and fuel efficiency solutions, ideally within the heavy-duty truck market – Preferred but not essential.
• Heavy Vehicle Licence with driving experience is required.

Skills and experience:

• Demonstrated ability to support Sales Process with diligence toward process, policy and paperwork
• Experience in the transport/supply industry in a clerical/sales/marketing role
• Ability to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, far beyond the point of sale
• Time Management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to represent WTG at all levels when meeting our customers
