The Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Wholesale and Supply Chain APAC, based within our HQ, the Fulfillment Manager is directly responsible for the APAC inventory fulfillment, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Indooroopilly Fulfillment Hub.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small team, ensuring daily KPIs and dispatch time frames are met.
- Play an active role in investigating and resolving stock issues between the tech stack and virtual holdings at FRANKIE4.
- Work closely with the Group Financial Controller and Inventory Manager (APAC) to shift stock between virtual locations to maintain the integrity of the product offering and associated reporting.
- Foster positive working relationships between internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with external suppliers including Australia Post, 3PLs and other logistics companies.
- Provide concise updates to senior leaders with recommendations for decisions.
- Utilise data to uncover opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
- Share weekly reports with key staff members.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired
- Shows initiative and displays strategic thinking.
- Fosters a continuous improvement mindset.
- Professional and highly organised individual
- Leadership experience in leading small teams
- High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and growth.
- Strong understanding of Business Central, PowerBI, CiN 7+, Portals, MONDAY and Shopify.
