Following exceptional growth in our we are seeking to recruit an Order Fulfilment Manager to join the team at our Distribution Centre located in Eagle Farm.
The role:
Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, the Order Fulfilment Manager will support and drive our reputation for delivering a world class customer experience by achieving better than benchmark order accuracy rates and OTD’s. Supported by the Order Fulfilment Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising, monitoring, and supporting casual/fulltime employees and Supervisors across all areas of the DC.
- Managing the balance of resources to achieve both cost compliance and completion of designated workload within the required timeframe, while considering peak periods and events that impact volume and capability to achieve targeted KPIs and metric objectives.
- Fostering a positive and high-performance culture within the fulfilment team.
- Engaging your team to the highest level of safety and performance.
- Playing an active role in coaching and developing each team member to achieve personal and business objectives.
To be successful you will have:
- At least 3 years management experience in a fast-paced DC.
- An understanding of stock flow and stock integrity and apply technical expertise to achieve accurate stock positions, effective inventory accessibility, and system accuracy.
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
- Leadership skills to effectively build trust, buy-in, and long-term relationships with the team.
- Experience in achieving and driving individual and team KPIs and metric objectives.
- A high standard of professional accuracy and attention to detail
- Awareness of industry safety precautions and risks, and the motivation to continuously improve safety within the DC.
- Current legal entitlement to work in Australia.
