Job Title: Full-Time Senior Receptionist

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 10-6pm
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk tasks:
· Greet and welcome clients and their families in a warm and friendly manner
· Efficiently handle incoming calls
· Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
2. Appointment Scheduling:
· Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the appointment system
· Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding appointment details and reminders
3. Administrative Support:
· Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
· Collaborate with the reception team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Familiarity with allied health terminology and clinic operations (preferable).
· Experience with NDIS and Medicare claims (preferable).
· Experience with the use of Power Diary or similar (client management software)
· Compassionate and client-focused attitude, especially when dealing with children.
