About the opportunityWe are inviting expressions of Interest from candidates eager to support the operations of our Counselling Services through reception activities.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing appointments and providing a broad range of specialised, effective, and efficient administrative assistance to the Counselling team.
You should be comfortable working sensitively in a fast-paced environment, often assisting students who may demonstrate high levels of distress.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative and/or health service reception experience, exceptional time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident or currently hold a visa with work rights for at least 6 months in Australia.
This is a full-time, casual position based at our Lismore campus for up to 3 Months at HEW 3, with a base hourly rate starting at $42.86.
