Your Role
You'll be working in a fast-pacedenvironment, designing, building and supporting the growth of an exciting andpowerful SaaS product, taking the financial world by storm. We have a Hybridworking environment, and working from home is an option.
You’ll be fixing bugs,refactoring, building new modules big and small – you’ll be owning chunks ofthe application.

Requirements
- Full stack - Front and back (plus everything in between). Node/ReactJS/Mongo/TS
- Build full modules, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Ownership - take ideas and turn them into some great newfeature.
- Work in an agile-based development environment.
- Produce accurate estimates for user stories.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication, problemsolving.
- Enhance development process, improve quality andefficiency.
- Review code, ensure quality and security criteria ismet.
- Support the product, architect it for success!
- Knowledge of development of standards
- Knowledge and experience building scalable systems, bothfrom a performance perspective and a maintainability standpoint
- Experience building modular systems, good ability tounderstand complex systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team in Australia, Malaysia& Ukraine in software design sessions, code reviews, architecture, andother engineering activities.

Requirements

Initiative:We value candidates who take the initiative, evidenced by personal projects,apps, businesses, or other endeavours that demonstrate their ability to thinkbeyond given tasks.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential.
Technical skills:Hands-on experience with our tech stack is a requirement. This includes React,Node, and experience with a document database like MongoDB.
Senior Developer shouldhave 5+ years of experience, with additional skills in team management andsoftware architecture.
