AddressPosition: Full Stack Developer
Location: Murarrie, Australia (Hybrid options available upon completion of probation period)
Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be an integral part of our development team, working closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain our market leading cloud-based SaaS platform. Your experience in Full Stack frameworks will be key in developing scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain our cloud-based SaaS platform.
- Utilize your expertise in Full Stack frameworks to build scalable and efficient backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our platform.
- Assist in the integration of third-party services and APIs to enhance platform functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise working with frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and React Native is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaboration tools like Atlassian (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Desire to learn new skills.
