Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Nuxt 3 (Vue 3), ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to create cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Implement user-facing features and integrate with server-side logic using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Employ best practices for frontend development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Assist in defining and maintaining the architecture for the frontend, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings, providing technical insights and feedback.
Technical Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Nuxt 3 (Vue 3) and a thorough understanding of its core principles, including server-side rendering and component lifecycle.
- Proficient with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+).
- Experience with state management patterns and solutions (Pinia or similar).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect with backend services.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Nuxt UI (Headless UI) and designing responsive user interfaces.
Location & Commute:
- Our office is located in north-west Sydney, with free parking available. A car is recommended for an easy commute.
