We are a well-established Australia-based construction and property-management group over 25 years. With continuing growth of the businesses, we are integrating our accounting system to ERP and are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and pro-active all-rounder accountant to join our vibrant and busy finance team.

Position
The role is primarily involved with Accounting Functions including:
- Process supplier invoices to ensure on-time payments,
- Review recharge costs and issue invoices to related entities/clients,
- Process monthly payroll,
- Maintain and perform system integration,
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation and process adjustment journals,
- Prepare monthly financial statements and
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Profile
We are looking for a person with demonstrated experience in a similar role. Proficiencies in using NetSuite/similar ERP system and advanced Excel skill are essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
- Degree-qualified and with solid experience in accounting and administrative role,
- With good verbal and written communication skills,
- With positive attitude and able to work well with the team,
- With strong attention to details and accuracy in processing, and
- With strong time-management skills to complete tasks within established timelines.
