Head of Automation Optimisation

By raising your hand, fostering relationships, and seizing the moment, you can take control of your own unique path.What you'll doAs the Head of Automation Optimisation, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experts in the delivery and optimisation of best-in-class material handling solutions across our distribution centers and e-commerce fulfillment networks. You will work closely with world-leading automation partners to implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety across our multiple sites.
  • Create and initiate strategies to identify and deliver initiatives to optimise automation systems and processes across the Group, enhancing performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee $100M Service & Maintenance Operations, ensuring efficient delivery of Service and Maintenance, achieving agreed-upon Service and reliability improvements.
  • Develop & implement a continuous improvement framework, setting clear objectives to drive total cost and efficiency improvements in partnership with operational leadership through process, engineering, and service & maintenance controls.
  • Lead the development of Automation Optimisation capability for the Group developing a talent pipeline, evolving core team capabilities to deliver on business and team experience targets
  • Collaborate with State and Operational leadership together with automation partners to set measurable and accountable targets for year-on-year improvements at each site.
  • Drive innovation and growth by staying current on the latest automation technologies and industry best practices, introducing innovative solutions.
