As Payroll Coordinator you will oversee the monthly payroll for ANZ. In this position, you will collaborate closely with their outsourced provider, to ensure timely and accurate data submission. As a member of the supportive and cohesive HR team, you will also participate in employee lifecycle management activities, including employment contracts, addressing employee queries, monthly reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.This is a permanent part-time role, working 15.2 hours over two or three days each week.Duties...
- Accurately process monthly payroll files for all employees in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring timely upload to the outsourced provider
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Keep HR systems and personnel records up-to-date to ensure accurate data
- Prepare required monthly reports
- Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle management, including employment contracts, HR policies, procedures, and organizational charts
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience working in a global, multinational company
- Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider
- Experience working with ADP
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
