Full Time Brand Manager
SALARY $120,000 pa + SUPERANNUATION
SUMMARY
Avento is a rapidly growing household furniture wholesaling (including chairs, lounge suites, mattress, beds or bedrooms suites) company with a factory in Turkey. We provide high quality products and would like to stand out in a crowd. To do that, we decided to invest in creating a strong brand that will get people’s attention. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will assist us to develop and implement brand strategy that would reflect our mission, our identity and mission.
This person should have min Bch degree or higher as well as min 2 years work experiences in the relevant field. Since our factory is in Turkey, although is not compulsory, to have Turkish language skills would be highly desirable.
DUTIES
• Develop and implement brand growth plans, and implementation of new product launches
• Understand consumer needs, behaviours, and trends and retailers and category needs to define clear strategies and target groups.
• Prepare the brand plan based on the brand strategy
• Lead, develop & execute full funnel, digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with agency partners, retail teams & digital channel specialists
• Manage product communication across the organisation including creating excitement around new feature launches, channelling feedback and managing issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including visual and messaging elements, to maintain a consistent brand identity across our portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other teams to integrate the brand into all aspects of our business.
• Prepare sales forecast for products
• Assist the team with the preparation of detailed monthly brand, market and competitor reports
including brand profitability, and ROI on key investments.
• Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Advising and reporting to management on advertising strategies and campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Min a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
At least three years of experience in international brand management.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and consumer behaviour.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
